Golub can also mean pigeon, but this is a anti-American imperialism poster from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, it is using golub as dove, an symbol of peace. This poster was released recently to speak out against American Imperialism in Libya, and how Americans often say they want peace, though the reality is quite the opposite.
