Warm concert guitar around $300?

I don't want a GA size. Concert is specified. It needs to handle both strumming and fingerpicking. Mahogany b/s. I like the sound of a Yamaha APX700 [Well, most. Some I hear sound tinny], but it's a bit above my budget and the looks don't really appeal to me. I also like the Hohner Essential Folk, but it's a GA size.
