How much time to take divorce?

Even if your husband does not show readiness to take divorce mutually, court may grant your prayer of divorce if it is satisfied that you have genuine grounds for divorce. Once your husband and mother in law are thrown out of your home, you will have no problem to wait for some time which may take to get divorce. Don't try to settle the matter by giving money to your husband in any case, as it will create permanent headache for you.
