Olympic Full sized Drum Kit by Premiere?

Hi, ive been offerd an "Olympic Full sized Drum Kit by Premiere. Includes Paiste 16" Crash" the picture of it shows the bass drum saying "olympic by premiere" and it has 4 drums and 2 cymbols, it is black with exception of the snare that looks silver. Anyone know if this kit is any good? (after something not sounding "tinny") and how much would be a good price to pay for it? Any more information woul dbe great! Thanks
