Substantial amount of fabric paint on my hands!!!?

Ok well basically my hand is green with fabric paint that WILL NOT wash off -_- It wont hurt or start to irritate me a lot will it? Tinny bit worried that i will end up having a reaction or something. Im know im over reacting. just for assurance. Thank you
