I'm sick and cant sleep?

I'm 14 I'm a girl my mum said I can stay home from school today cause I don't feel well, I started gettibg sick on Saturday I have a runny noise and soar Troat and a tinny tinny bit of a cough I got no sleeplast night so my mom said to try and get some rest today so how can I fall asleep
