How do i bulk up on a gluten free diet?

alright so i have been on a gluten free diet (no wheat or dairy) for about a week or so. im not doing it because im allergic to gluten, im doing it to see if my acne will get any better. so far i have been seeing great results. but i do have a few questions about the diet for those who are on or have tried the diet plan before. Are eggs, quaker oatmeal, and peanut butter okay to eat? i have tried to research this for a few days but it seems that everyone has different opinions and experiences with this. also i have herd that you are supposed to cut all grains out, but i also read that whole grains are ok, so i dont know which is true? i eat a lot of chicken and fish for protein but i really don't know what else i can eat besides fresh fruit and veggies. really any tips and tricks for the diet would be help full.
