American version of the Trecol?

I really really like all of the Trecols (Ba-boom, link time: http://en.trecol.ru/pokupatelyu/modelnij_ryad/) but there's a problem with them. Firstly, as you probably noticed, everything is Russian. That wouldn't normally be a problem, but being Russian means that they only ship in Russia and I live in America. I love the massive look of all of the cars (Especially the 39295) and the price of about 32,000 for the 39041 (My price range is closer to 20,000, but I'm willing to make a sacrifice.) The amphibious aspect, while not necessary, is awesome as well. So what I'm asking is, is there anything like this in America? With the looks and the money and the not horrid gas mileage? I have been searching endlessly for something like this, and have only found cars that are 200,000 dollars to expensive. The vehicle being amphibious or off road isn't a make or break, but most cars that are off road and amphibious do in fact look like I want them to. Also, having both those things would be so awesome. So if you could provide any help, that'd be dandy.
